Hanover officers assisting the Treasury Department with a licensing and inventory inspection at a smoke shop on Ridgedale Avenue met with Sebastian Palacio-Vallejo, 21, of Wharton on Oct 21, authorities said.
The inspection turned up two pounds of marijuana, about 80 edible THC candies, 40 THC vape cartridges and several containers of THC wax, police said.
Palacio-Vallejo, as well as store owner Shiva Khosia, 24, of Rockaway, were charged with possession of CDS and scheduled to appear in court.
